Attendees Reserving a Room Block
The ABC Convention 2024 block is now sold out on Tuesday, March 12, Wednesday, March 13, Thursday, March 14 and Friday, March 15. You may continue to book your room through our booking link as space permits and through the Gaylord Palms website at their regular rates. If you are unable to secure your stay at the event hotel, please consider using ABC’s business partner Hotel Engine for additional options nearby.

Please note: Once the Hotel cutoff date of Friday, Feb. 16, 2024 passes, any modifications to your reservation is considered a new reservation and will be based on hotel availability, including revised arrival/departure dates and reservation names.

Rate: $264
A resort fee of $22 per room, per night will be charged. This fee includes:

Cancellation Policy: Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of one night’s room plus tax at the time of booking; deposits are refundable for cancellations 48 hours prior to their arrival date. If complete cancellation of an individual reservation takes place within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room revenue will be charged with the exception of a personal or medical emergency where verification can be provided.
