Attendees Reserving a Room Block*
To take advantage of discounted hotel rates for ABC Convention 2025 attendees, you must make your hotel reservation through the reservation link. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best chance of booking your first-choice hotel. Convention attendees have the option of reserving a room in the ABC block at any of the following hotels:
*Please note: As per venue policy, the primary guest reserving a room within the ABC block must be over the age of 21 and must present a valid ID when checking in.
Housing Deadline: All reservations must be received by Jan. 27, 2025, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.

Deposit
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for deposit of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a GUARANTEE only.
Cancellations and Changes
Reservations cancelled after Jan. 27, 2025, will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Rooms cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged a hotel penalty of one night’s room and tax.
