Anirban Basu

Anirban Basu, ABC’s chief economist, is chairman and CEO of Sage Policy Group Inc., which provides strategic analytical services to energy suppliers, law firms, medical systems, government agencies and real estate developers.  He chairs the Maryland Economic Development Commission and teaches at Johns Hopkins University. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, a master’s degree from Harvard University and a second master’s degree and his Juris Doctor the University of Maryland. 

Timothy Mongeau
Timothy Mongeau Director of Workforce Development , ABC National
Timothy Mongeau oversees ABC’s 69-chapter network of more than 800 apprenticeship, craft, safety and construction management education programs across the country. He has more than 15 years of experience designing and implementing construction education programs at Zachry Industrial and BE&K Construction Co. Previous to his construction career, Mongeau served 11 years active duty and two years in the reserves of the U.S. Navy.

Greg Sizemore
Greg Sizemore Vice President of Health, Safety, Environment and Workforce Development , Associated Builders and Contractors
Greg Sizemore leads workforce development, environment, health and safety initiatives for ABC’s 21,000-plus members. He oversees a network of 800 training programs and leads efforts to integrate innovative practices and new technologies in to the construction trades to increase productivity and create safer jobsites. Previously he spent more than 35 years in the construction and engineering field, including stints at Zachry Industrial and BE&K Construction Co.

Kim Trautman
Kim Trautman Database Training & Support Specialist , Associated Builders and Contractors
Kim Trautman has been with ABC for more than 11 years, beginning with a stint at the Western Washington Chapter in 2007. During her tenure there, her primary role was in membership, along with initiatives in the safety and workforce development areas. With her passion for database technologies, she joined the ABC National technology group in early 2018 as database trainer and support specialist.

Steve Wiltshire
Steve Wiltshire Director of Safety , Associated Builders and Contractors
Steve Wiltshire contributes to and executes the education and outreach programs that ensure that ABC members set the standard for world-class safety in the construction industry. He has had a hands-on role in helping ABC members send their workers home safe every day, leveraging his 37 years of experience across the industrial, commercial, residential and heavy civil construction markets.
