Anirban Basu
Anirban Basu Chairman and CEO , Sage Policy Group Inc.

Anirban Basu, ABC’s chief economist, is chairman and CEO of Sage Policy Group Inc., which provides strategic analytical services to energy suppliers, law firms, medical systems, government agencies and real estate developers.  He chairs the Maryland Economic Development Commission and teaches at Johns Hopkins University. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, a master’s degree from Harvard University and a second master’s degree and his Juris Doctor the University of Maryland. 

Michael Bellaman
Michael Bellaman President and CEO , ABC National

Michael D. Bellaman was named ABC president and CEO in 2011 after spending more than 20 years in the construction industry. He leads the association to deliver on its strategic goals: to establish ABC members as the world-class standard for health, safety and environment; increase the political influence of ABC; be the leading force for workforce development and education; and continuously grow and deliver value to a diverse and committed membership. 

Jack Callahan
Jack Callahan CPA, Partner - Construction Industry Leader , CohnReznick

With more than 25 years of experience, Jack Callahan serves as CohnReznick's construction industry leader. He has significant knowledge and experience in construction industry accounting, corporate taxation and business consulting. Callahan serves clients in most construction sectors, including heavy highway, general contractors, construction management, specialty contractors, building trades and building supply and equipment companies.

Doug Curtis
Doug Curtis Vice President of Chapter Services , ABC National

Doug Curtis joined ABC in 1999, bringing experience from previous positions in association management, direct marketing and politics. He has served as vice president for chapter services since 2009.  His team provides support for ABC chapter staff in the areas of association management, membership development, chapter development, leadership and governance and communications, creating and deploying resources and tools to help ABC chapters reach their highest goals.

Jon Dorenbos

Katy Driver
Katy Driver Director of Membership Development , ABC National

Katy Driver started her career with ABC in 2011 at the Greater Houston Chapter and joined the national team in 2015.  As director of membership development, she works closely with chapter staff, boards and membership committees to promote member-driven recruitment and retention through strategic growth planning. She resides in Houston. 

Téa Gennaro
Téa Gennaro Chief Financial Officer , ABC National

Téa Gennaro is responsible for managing and directing the accounting, finance and facilities functions at ABC and its affiliated organizations (ABC Political Action Committee, ABC Retirement and Savings Plan, Construction Legal Rights Foundation and ABC Services Corp.). She also serves as primary contact for chapters regarding nonprofit tax, accounting and related issues. In 2018 she received the Non-Profit CFO of the Year, Rising Star award.

Erik Hanberg
Erik Hanberg Author and Entrepreneur

Erik Hanberg is an expert in nonprofit management, fundraising, marketing and leadership, with more than 15 years of experience working with nonprofits. He has consulted with the boards and staff of dozens of nonprofits and foundations across the country and served on several boards. Previous to his construction career, Mongeau served 11 years active duty and two years in the reserves of the U.S. Navy.

Richard Smith

With nearly 25 years of experience as a training manager, Richard Smith is responsible for all aspects of JLG® product training globally, including service, sales and train-the-trainer programs. Smith led the effort to create JLG University, an online learning environment that now includes more than 50,000 users across the globe. Previously he worked for Anheuser-Busch, Carpenter Technology and General Physics Corp. and served in the U.S. Navy as an electronics technician.

Steve Wiltshire

JoAnna Yates
JoAnna Yates Project Manager , Hensel Phelps

As a field engineer, office engineer, project engineer, area superintendent and, currently, project manager for Hensel Phelps, JoAnna Yates has worked with diverse corporate clients on a wide range of projects under various contracting methods. She has extensive experience in developing and monitoring project master schedules, estimating, job cost reports, isolating and resolving design and compliance issues, and establishing and implementing effective communication procedures for all team components.
