Your safety and health are our top priority at all our events.

As you may know, in order to hold the convention in Nashville, the city must be in Phase Four of its reopening plan to host a large gathering. Last week, Nashville reverted back to Phase Two and indicated the city would remain there for a minimum of three weeks, making it impractical and unreasonable to hold ABC Convention 2020. The event, including the National Craft Championships, Excellence in Construction® Awards gala and the on-site component of the Construction Management Competition, has been cancelled.

ABC is exploring adding virtual education offerings Aug. 17-19—watch your email for details.

If you paid your registration fee via the event registration website, ABC will refund your registration fee back to your original form of payment. There is no action that needs to be taken on your part to receive your refund. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. If you paid via check, your refund may take slightly longer.

If your hotel reservation was made via ABC’s room block, your reservation will be cancelled with no penalty and you have no action to take. If you booked your room outside of the ABC block, it is your responsibility to cancel the reservation. For any questions regarding housing, please reach out to Orchid Events, help@orchid.events (855) 699-6906.

ABC will not reimburse for airline cancellation fees; however, attendees are encouraged to inquire about refunds and credits with the airline you booked with.

We look forward to celebrating with you next March 9-11 at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas. Registration will be opening this fall.
